Historical Facts and Elements Uses:
The uses for technetium are its a superconductor, its a corrosion inhibitor, It shields radioactivity, Used in medicine, used to take body elements.  The history of technetium is its found in 1937 by two guys named Emilio Segre & Carlo Perrier.  The found it in Italy.  They first called it masurium.  Then when they found out they could create it artificially the called it Technetium which means artificial in Greece.  Technetium if used right can be used in medicine.  Technetium was the first artificially created element on the periodic table.  Its properties resemble those of Rhenium and Manganese.  It doesn't occur naturally on earth.  Its isotopes are radioactive.
